John D. Paulus, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Paulus is Chairman of the Board of Staff Focus Consulting. Prior to his retirement, he spent nine years with Morgan Stanley holding several key positions including his last as Managing Director and Chief Economist for the company. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Paulus was Vice President and Senior Financial Economist for Goldman Sachs and Senior Vice President and Director of Research for the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. Mr. Paulus also held several key roles with the Federal Reserve Board as Economist for the Econometrics and Computer Applications Section, Senior Economist for the Banking Section, Chief of the Banking Section, and Associate Advisor for the Division of Research and Statistics. Mr. Paulus is a graduate of the University of Michigan and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors to the Richards Civil War Era Center at Pennsylvania State University and was a Board Member of the Top of Michigan Trails Council.

Raymond A. Baliatico, Director

Mr. Baliatico has been a Director since 2008.  Prior to his retirement, Mr. Baliatico was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Halston Borghese International, Ltd. responsible for the Cosmetic Division where he was employed as a turnaround specialist.  Mr. Baliatico also served as President and Chief Executive Officer for Swarovski International's $l80 million global fashion jewelry manufacturing division reporting to the company's Executive Board.  Mr. Baliatico has held various executive level positions at Chesebrough Ponds, Unilever, AVON, Ciba Chemical and Dye, Phillip Morris and Colgate Palmolive.  Mr. Baliatico is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  Mr. Baliatico has served on several Executive Boards including the University of Vermont School of Business, International Financial Services, Swarovski, H.P.Launder, Big Brothers/Big Sisters Regional and Chesebrough Ponds, Inc.
